Here you'll find the routes of the SuperTrail du Barlatay, which aims to revive the history of the Barlatay by offering four trail races mostly on mountain paths. These routes will help you discover the Pays-d'Enhaut region, and in particular L'Etivaz!

THE TRAILS
THE 75K DU BARLATAY
The little Ultra-Trail® du Barlatay, with two night-time starts at 01:00 and 03:00 from l'Étivaz and a 75km route with 4,500m of ascent, could have been called the 4-lake trail, as runners pass by Lac d'Arnen, Lac Retaud, Lac Lioson and finally Lac de l'Hongrin!
It earns 4 ITRA points.

THE 50K DU BARLATAY
The Trail du Barlatay starts at dawn, also from l'Étivaz, for a distance of 50km and a positive altitude difference of 2900m
It earns 3 ITRA points.

25K DU BARLATAY
The 25K starts in the morning for a 25km, 1'300m D+ journey through the Vaud Alps.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the reality of trail running in magnificent conditions.
It earns 1 ITRA point.

15K DU BARLATAY
This short course starts at 11:00 am. The 15km route mixes asphalt, 4×4 tracks and trails, with a vertical drop of 800m.
Initiation or speed... the choice is yours. Please note: only refreshments are available at the finish.

- ATTENTION -
Participants must have a cell phone with them during the race.
Each runner must have his own supply with him (minimum 1 liter).
For accompanying persons, please refer to point RC12 of the race rules.
Registration possible on site (CHF 10 surcharge) - number pick-up at the runners' reception Friday evening 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Information by e-mail to barlakids@barlatay.ch and registrations on the site MSO-Chrono.
Registrations are possible via the parents' MSO account (which must be created if necessary) with the "Manage friends" function. The years of birth give access to the different categories.
By registering, you agree to the posting of photos of the event online, which may contain the face of your child or children.
Program
Start of the Défi-Junior: 1:15 pm at the Espace nordique des Mosses
Parents are responsible for bringing their children to the start of the race.
No transport is organized. A TPC bus leaves at 12:19 from the Maison de l'Etivaz to arrive at Les Mosses at 12:35, at the participants' expense.
Announcement of results for all categories and prize-giving ceremony at 4pm under the canteen.

Unfortunately, the FREE ROUTES are no longer available!
THE VERTICAL OF THE TZAMS
Our TWO free-access courses were such a success in 2020 and 2021 that the committee decided to do it again!
The route is located in a protected area and despite the fact that it follows an official footpath, the Verticale des Tzams is no longer one of the small challenges of the summer.
But we strongly encourage you to go there, it is so beautiful seen from there! Do not hesitate to ask us for the track.
Cheese and beer are still in the village at l'Etivaz, but to get them, you'll have to get your toad out!

THE BARLA'TRAIL
The Barla'Trail also succumbed to the prohibitions of passage of an owner association.
And yet it was the most beautiful free-access course offered by the Barlatay. 35km accessible, with magnificent views.
The route had been concocted to discover or rediscover the magnificent trails and landscapes of our beautiful region. Do not hesitate to ask us for the track.
However, the "Trail du Barlatay" route takes up a few kilometers of it, but you'll need to add another 15 to complete it. Strength and courage!
